This Wednesday 5 September, the usual sea of black and blue suits, ties and dresses in the chamber in PMQs will have been replaced. Members of the Kendall County Sheriff's Office traded in their gold shields for pink badges recently to raise awareness about breast cancer. People thought the badge was really nice. Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October was part of a national campaign organized by charities to increase awareness of the disease and raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.
